Welcome to Food Industry Career’s Training Frequently Asked Questions pages. Will the course be recognised by my future employer?
- Yes. All courses have been written and set up by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. They are therefore widely recognised by the food industry. - Food Industry Training is licensed by the CIEH to distribute the courses offered on their site.
Will I be given a certificate on completion of the course?
- Yes. Once you have successfully completed a course, you will be awarded a certificate to prove that you have completed the training. Simply print it off for your records.
Is there a course helpline?
- Should you have any queries on any particular aspect of a course, the CIEH have an online learning center which you can contact for assistance.
Do I have to attend your premises to take the course?
- No. All courses are carried out online. All you need is access to a computer and a printer to print out your certificate. - Each course features a specialist e-leaning system which will help you to develop additional and valuable skills. If you want to ‘try before you buy’, there are demos available.
How much does it cost?

What if I don’t want to finish the course?
- We advise you to have a go at the ‘demo’ before committing to buy the course. This will help you decide if the course is right for you. - Payment cannot be refunded once you have started the course and once payment has been received it normally takes up to 24 hours for the login information to reach you
