"Scotland’s premier food trade show is taking place from 24-26 January 2010 at the SECC in Glasgow and the organisers say it will be bigger and better than ever before."
Event Period: 24/01/2010 - 26/01/2010
Event Location: SECC Glasgow
The premier Scottish food trade show is set to be bigger and better for 2010 with more stands, more visitors and a new seminar theatre.
Scotland’s Speciality Food Show, which takes place from 24-26 January 2010, is introducing a new seminar theatre, called Great Taste Live. This will include a ‘Dragon’s Den’ type event where producers try to sell in their products to a panel of leading food retailers, as well as a selection of seminars from industry experts on food retailing related issues. This is already a successful initiative at the Harrogate Speciality Food Show and will be adapted for Scotland’s Speciality Food Show.
Scotland’s Speciality Food Show is run jointly by The Guild of Fine Food and Springboard Events and runs side by side with the country’s biggest non-food gift exhibition, Scotland’s Trade Fair, giving buyers of premium foods and giftware a huge range of stands to visit.
