Working exclusively within the food and drinks manufacturing industry we are able to offer a service based on genuine understanding of both recruitment and manufacturing. Alan Donaldson, MD, has a successful 20-year career in the food industry during which he held a number of senior operational roles within a wide variety of businesses ranging from large Blue Chip organisations to smaller family run concerns. Emma Connelly and Kerry Delaney, Recruitment Consultants, have between them 15 years experience in recruitment, of which Kerry has spent 5 in executive headhunting where she has represented FTSE 100 companies and SMEs nationally specialising in niche technical roles and senior management/board level appointments across multiple sectors.
