Rectory Food Group spreads its wings with twelve new recruits

"Rectory Food Group is defying the odds of the economic downturn and expanding its business with the appointment of twelve new members of staff. The new additions have taken the group’s total UK employees to 40."
Rectory Food Group, a leading supplier of quality poultry, red meat and food ingredients has gone from strength-to-strength over the past year. 2010 saw an annual turnover of £45 million and 2011 promises equal success with a 33-45% increase in sales compared to this time last year.
The recruitment drive is largely due to the launch of ingredients division, Rectory Foods Ingredients Ltd, established to provide the food manufacturing sector with high quality, competitively priced food ingredients. New partnerships have also allowed for growth into new markets, which has supported company expansion.
The new recruits include Amanda Copeland and Oluyomi Tunde-Olaitan as Quality Assurance Technologists whilst Siriwan Hamer comes on board as a Far East Purchasing Assistant. Other appointments include Mike Tansey as Group Financial Accountant and Anabela Sequiera an Export Assistant.
