Packaging for Indian inspired confectionery nominated at Global Food awards

Leading Worcestershire firm Pendragon Presentation Packaging has been rewarded for their expertise and creative design flair. The innovative, handmade packaging they supply to Indian inspired confectioner, Devnaa, (www.devnaa.com) has been nominated in the Best Packaging category at the World Food Awards 2010 (www.worldfoodawards.com) held later this month in London.
Pendragon have created a co-ordinated range of tiffin box styled packaging for Devnaas range of Indian inspired chocolates and confectionery. Styled in bold, modern colours with a built in handle, the unique designs have been showered with praise from Devnaas customers.
The criteria for being nominated in the Best Packaging category is based around branding, design and sales of the product, so clearly the designs have impressed professionals in the food industry as well. The World Food Awards take place this year at the Park Lane Hilton in London on the 23rd October. It will be attended by a glittering list of celebrities and will be broadcast globally to millions of viewers in over 100 countries by the event co-organisers, Sony Entertainment Television.
