Mini and Deli Meatballs from Scan Foods

"Swedish meatball specialist Scan Foods celebrated its 10th anniversary in the UK with the launch of new mini and deli lines. "

All are based on traditional recipes from the 1800s and use 70% ethically-reared real meat - meaning no artificial colours or flavours, no growth hormones and no unnecessary antibiotics - with potatoes, onions, herbs and spices.

The pre-cooked meatballs can be added to stews, salads, pasta and pizza dishes or served as stand-alone snacks.

The new Mini Meatballs are made from pork with Mild Chilli, Cheese or Sun-Dried Tomato flavourings, which are supplied in resealable 200g packs, while the Deli Meatballs, based on beef and pork, come in 300g packs.

They join the existing range of chicken, beef or pork Original Meatballs and pork and beef Organic Meatballs.

Catering packs are available in 1kg and 4.2kg cases from some distributors.
