Jain Irrigation Acquires 80% UK-Based Sleaford Quality Foods

"Jain Irrigation Systems has acquired 80% stake UK-based Sleaford Quality Foods Ltd (SQFL), an industrial food ingredients supplier."

The acquisition will help Jain Irrigation's food division which is into mango pulp, puree, dehydrated onions and vegetable products to have a direct access to a large ethnic food market in UK with value-added products.

Irririgation has option to acquire balance 20% stake in Seaford based on earn-out model over four years.

No major changes are planned regarding personnel & the management leadership of the business.
