Fast food firm Go opens Arndale unit
by James Chapelard - 02/10/2009
"Go Fast Fresh Food Company has taken on a unit at Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre from joint landlords PRUPIM and CSC. "
The Manchester-based retailer has opened a new restaurant comprising 390 sq ft with an additional 390 sq ft of outdoor seating on a 10-year lease at a rent of £50,000 per annum.
Go was set up in 2007 and offers pizzas cooked in high-speed ovens in 60 seconds.
The Manchester Arndale restaurant is the company's third outlet, following on from previous units at Liverpool Airport and Piccadilly Plaza. The firm, which is run by director Tim Entwistle, will soon launch its fourth outlet in an airside unit at Liverpool Airport and has said that it is looking for other high street locations in major cities, regional shopping centres and transport hubs.
Go Fast Food Company was advised by DTZ.
